Meeting started at exactly 4:00pm
The meeting started with the chairman Mr Seun Bamiro welcoming members to the monthly meeting, then he went on by asking members to introduce themselves and state their locations. All executives were in attendance they also introduced themselves.
Dr. Didi Opuiyo, a member of cloud cooperative then asked what has been put in place for members contribution, the chairman responded that it’s just savings and loan for now. Otunba Obey Akinlaja shed more light on members share holding, he said 7000naira will be deducted from members that registered with 3000naira while

Mr Emmanuel Okafor asked how the management can know if he invited someone to register, he was told to share his unique referral link to whoever he wants to invite.
Loan request illustration was made by the chairman. Mr Adedeji Osisanwo asked if having a guarantor is a must to access a loan, he suggested that the management should come up another option because he is disappointed to know he would be needing a guarantor to access loan since he doesn’t know any member. He was advised to invite his friends and relatives. Dr. Didi Opuiyo answered by stating the importance of guarantor, he also said people can’t be trusted with funds but advised the management to look into insurance scheme.
The meeting was concluded by the financial secretary Mr Bowale Abiodun, he implore all members to also come up with ideas for the betterment of the society.
The motion for meeting adjournment was moved by Mr Seun Bamiro and seconded by Mr Adedeji
