Babatola Bickersteth

Babatola Bickerseth is a graduate of Petroleum Engineering from the University of Ibadan where he also specialized in Energy Economics for his Master’s degree.

He is a distinguished professional as he co-authored different publications on the petroleum sector one of which is “Natural Gas Dependence and Electricity Vulnerability in Nigeria”. He is a member of different organizations relevant to his field, one of which is the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Babatola has undergone several projects to support businesses, mobilize power supply systems and review environmental policies in Nigeria. He is highly skillful in Risk Management, Business Development, Consulting, and Financial Analysis. He has worked as an Operations Manager and as the Head of Bank-wide Cash-In-Transit Services in the prestigious Diamond Bank for a duration of 11 years

He is currently working as the Deputy Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer of Scroft Energy Company Ltd.
